None of the subcategories above apply (None Our pickup time was 10:15 AM. We waited from 10:00 to 11:30 nobody showed up. Then we decided to call an Uber which arrived quickly. Luckily our flight was at 3:00 p.m. I payed for service that was not provided. That why I ask for a refund. Thank you. (None of the subcategories above apply to my case. I'm almost 80 yrs old and booking online for anything gets me a bit tense. But there was no hitch booking a ticket with your shuttle. In addition, the President Hotel was surrounded by construction mess but your nice driver came up to the hotel to look for me. He was very early and that eased my concern to get to the airport well before time. He was also cheery and polite to all the passengers. I'm impressed. Thanks for your shuttle service

The experience was awesome, we booked the shared shuttle bus. Upon our arrival in Auckland at 11.18pm NZ time after customs check, as first timers in Auckland we didn't know if there would be the waiting or not so we walked out. We saw a bus waiting and before we could ask the driver asked us if we are the ones who booked the shuttle bus and you can see the smiles on our faces. The driver was awesome he was very patient smiled got our bags stored it away and took us straight to our hotel. I can't wait to book our return trip with your company again because I trust 🙏 you guys. Thank you 🤗

I was not left wondering when the Shuttle would be coming. The driver messaged and came in a short while and carried my luggage up. He brought me as near to my hotel as possible, although there was much road construction around it. On 11 September, the Shuttle has been booked to take me from the same Hotel President to the Airport. I hope I can depend on the driver to pick me up on time so that I can arrive at Auckland Airport 2 hours before take-off (10:05 am)

In front of our hotel had construction and couldn't park the shuttle but as soon as the shuttle parked where it is easy for us to find it, the friendly driver rang us to say he arrived. And it was perfectly on time to pick us up! We were very happy with the service👍

It was good to know we would have a ride waiting to get us from the airport to drop off to our hotel. Because there was a gas leak and road closures in the CBD we were dropped off as close as possible to our hotel.

The shuttle did not have aircon on so was very stuffy. The driver was a nice enough person but driving was quite erratic which made me feel feel quite unwell and I threw up at the second to last stop- I was the last stop. The driver was very kind though and did take my suitcase and leave it under cover.
