Accessibility

• Accessibility for wheelchair and stroller is limited, especially when the Deckers are not in service.

Additional information

• Dogs are not allowed inside the bus.
• Most ferries have fully licensed cafés, Wi-Fi, power points, luggage and bike racks. All ferries are equipped with toilets.
• Remember to thoroughly check your gear for pests before boarding, clean your footwear to remove soil and seeds, and ensure any food is in a sealed container.

What to bring

• The ferry operates in nearly all weather conditions, so dress appropriately for the forecast.
• Bring your camera, binoculars, wind/shower-proof jacket, sun hat, sunscreen and sunglasses and seasickness medications.

Accessibility

• This experience is wheelchair accessible.
• Dogs can travel free with any fare-paying passenger. They’re allowed inside the cabin but must be kept in a suitable crate or pet carrier.
• Official service dogs can stay with you in the cabin without a crate. There’s also designated seating on the outdoor decks for passengers travelling with pets.

• Children aged 14 years and under must be accompanied by an adult. If an adult is unavailable to accompany the child, please complete the Unaccompanied Minors form.
